I first thought the "Y combinator Program" was a computer program! But of course it is a Programme of activities for Startups. It's interesting that US English does not distinguish between the two types of program, whilst UK English does. So its always a "Programme" or "Activity" or an "Event" - but important when transferring an idea to a different culture that speaks the same language!!

Why not compare it with the Summer School (Ingite?) run by the CfEL at the Judge Business School? Worth asking Shai why he has gone down this route and not that of Y Combinator? How does it compare to Seed Camp? Have you spoken to Saul Klein of Index Ventures? I see that Fred Wilson of www.avc.com is coming to Seed Camp. He invested in Zemanta after last year's camp. Which would have helped www.duofertility.com more? Ask Shamus? Do they have any business plan resource like www.equityfingerprint.com remembering that it is always difficult to split the initial equity in a team and build a plan for using equity - something rarely done in small companies. Good luck.
